A customer with a beautiful CL63AMG contacted us recently with a problem. This was a fully loaded car and everything worked perfectly – except the clock. Despite many attempts Mercedes dealers and specialists alike had been unable to fix what seems a simple issue.
The customer wanted his clock to work and was even prepared to pay the £4000 that Mercedes wanted to replace the Comand.
Un-willing to accept that this was the only solution we took on the challenge. After a great deal of R&D we came up with a solution and downloaded some modified software into the car. We now have correct time and date displaying on the clock and the navigation system.
