2. Application of These Terms

2.1 These Terms apply to all purchases of goods and services made by you (the Customer) from us (the Supplier).
2.2 You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
2.3 These Terms apply to consumer customers only. If you are purchasing as a business, please contact us for alternative terms.


3. Order Process & Contract Formation

3.1 Information provided by telephone, email, or in person is non-binding and for guidance only.
3.2 A legally binding contract is formed only when:

  • you place an order via our website, and

  • you actively confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by ticking the mandatory checkbox, and

  • we issue an Order Confirmation email.

3.3 It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of your order before submission.


4. Commencement of Performance

4.1 Upon Order Confirmation and receipt of payment, we may immediately begin performance of the contract.
4.2 This may include ordering vehicle-specific, bespoke, or special-order parts, even if installation has not yet taken place or an appointment has not yet been booked.


5. Goods & Services

5.1 Descriptions of goods and services are indicative and may vary slightly due to manufacturer changes or vehicle compatibility.
5.2 Where goods or services are supplied based on information provided by you (including vehicle details), you are responsible for ensuring that information is accurate.


6. Fees & Payment

6.1 Prices are as displayed on our website at the time of order and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
6.2 Full payment or a stated deposit is required at the time of order.
6.3 Payment may be taken immediately upon order confirmation.

6.4 Special-Order & Vehicle-Specific Parts (IMPORTANT)

Where an order requires the purchase of vehicle-specific, bespoke, or special-order parts, payment (in whole or in part) becomes non-refundable once those parts have been ordered, regardless of whether installation has taken place.

This applies where cancellation occurs due to a change in the Customer’s circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • sale of the vehicle

  • change of mind

  • inability to attend installation


7. Cancellation & Distance Selling Rights

7.1 Where applicable, you have the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

7.2 The cancellation period:

  • for services: expires 14 days after the date the contract is formed

  • for goods: expires 14 days after delivery

7.3 Cancellation rights do not apply to:

  • goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised

  • special-order or vehicle-specific parts

  • goods that cannot be returned or reused

7.4 To cancel, you must notify us clearly in writing (email or post). You must be able to evidence the date of cancellation.


8. Cancellation After Performance Has Begun

8.1 Where cancellation occurs after performance has begun, including the ordering of vehicle-specific parts, you will remain liable for all non-recoverable costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

8.2 Partial Refunds

Where a contract includes both goods and services:

  • refunds will be limited to the unused portion of the contract

  • the full cost of bespoke or special-order goods already purchased will be deducted

Full refunds will not be issued where costs have been legitimately incurred.


9. Delivery & Installation

9.1 Services will be provided within a reasonable time or agreed installation date.
9.2 Failure by the Customer to attend a booked installation or provide access may result in additional charges.


10. Risk & Title

10.1 Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.
10.2 Title to goods remains with us until payment is received in full.


11. Liability

11.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.2 We are not liable for losses arising from customer-supplied information or vehicle changes made after ordering.


12. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

12.1 We aim to resolve disputes amicably.
12.2 Customers should contact us first to allow us to attempt resolution before pursuing external remedies.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
