Our Service

We retrofit the optional extras that your car is missing. Most options offered by Mercedes can be replicated as a retrofit. Our completed installations are as close as it gets to factory fitted. We have information sourced directly from Mercedes to ensure that we know exactly what we are doing and are using the right parts for your car.

Our Warranty

All of our retrofit installations are covered by a full two-year parts and labour warranty. We also guarantee that your car will go back together without squeaks and rattles, and because we use original Mercedes parts, your Manufacturer warranty is not affected either. This gives total piece of mind that your Mercedes is in safe hands.

Our Repairs

As well as installations, we can repair most system failures. We carry extensive stocks of various products and can repair most systems including; COMAND, phone, amplifiers and can resolve radio reception issues.

Do you work on vehicles other than Mercedes?

Whilst we specialise in vehicles from Mercedes Benz, we are also experienced working with other brands of vehicles. We work for franchised dealers in BMW, Aston Martin, Porsche and VW among others. We are happy to work on any brand of vehicle and we also regularly work on Trucks, Vans and Coaches, and have worked on Caravans, Motorhomes, Boats, Cranes, Tractors and Motorbikes.

What happens when I buy a product online that requires installation?

When you purchase an item from our website which requires installation, a member of our team will get in touch with you to discuss the installation options available to you, including when and where we can complete the work.

Where can installations take place?

Depending on the product, installations can either take place at our workshop or we can come to you to, again depending on your location.

Check the product descriptions for information on whether the product is restricted to workshop installation only.

What locations do you cover for mobile installations?

We fully service London and the Home Counties. For mobile installations further afield, please contact us before purchasing as we may be still be able to facilitate depending on the job (there may be an additional charge).

What is there to do while waiting for the installation to complete?

Whilst waiting for installations that take place at our workshop, we have a waiting area with spare desk & Wifi, a comfortable chair and tea & coffee facilities.

There is also a tea room a very short walk away.

Do you offer a courtesy car?

We do have a courtesy car available. Use must be booked in advance, get in touch with us to arrange.

Is there a train station nearby?

Our nearest station is Welwyn North which is on the Kings Cross line. It takes about 35 minutes to get in to London.

We can offer a lift to and from the station if required. Please mention when booking if this required.

Do you work Saturdays?

We try to complete all of our work Monday to Friday. However, sometimes we may have availability on a Saturday. This can be discussed at the time of booking.
