Create a warm glow within the cockpit of your car with Ambient Lighting for Mercedes CLA Class 118
The standard kit will add the required parts to illuminate the bottom edge of the entire centre console. And also add light tubes into the door handles and the underside of the grab handles to flood light into the pockets. We will illuminate the footwells above your feet too. We then add genuine Mercedes parts to the left and right of the main dash to carry the theme across the dash of the car. These parts are ordered by chassis number so please put this in ‘Notes’ when ordering. If your car supports it we will carry the top stripe of the dash lighting into the top of the door. We use some after-market parts that look and perform perfectly. All trims are genuine Mercedes parts. We can supply the kit for self-installations but this is a considerable task. Full instruction are included but it is a very involved job and requires coding.
The settings in the radio system will get extra menus to control the system in the same way as factory fitted. The standard system offers 64 colours adjustable within the MBUX touchscreen or central controller. Also, we include the ability to have two different colours on the upper and lower strips of the dash that enhances the visual impression. (Multi-Colour/Multi-Colour Animation)
Ambient Lighting for Mercedes CLA Class will illuminate the following:
- Front door strips on top edge (Check ‘Compatibility’ Tab as not all doors can have this)
- All interior door handles
- All door pockets
- Front Footwells
- Top & bottom edge of dash trim to left of dash (Genuine Mercedes Replacement Parts)
- Top & bottom edge of small dash trim to right of dash (Genuine Mercedes Replacement Parts)
- Underside edge of centre console
- All front face vents (Optional)
- Rear Vents (Optional)
The optional turbo vents will introduce the latest style of vents with illumination within that matches the rest of the ambient light system.
The quoted price includes VAT, installation, all parts required and programming with Mercedes Star Diagnostics.

Whilst we are working on your car, you can make use of our customer lounge which includes WiFi, a spacious desk and comfy sofa. We also provide tea, coffee and cold drinks.
Alternatively, we have a courtesy car available if booked in advance (Please note the courtesy car has a manual gearbox).
Approximate Installation Time: 6 - 8 hours. Car is required overnight.
