We have the very latest Mercedes diagnostic equipment that is connected directly to Mercedes Benz Online. We are able to diagnose faults using our computers, and our experience.

It is very easy to read a computer screen but to understand the problem often takes a different mind-set. Vehicle communications is our speciality so we are very often giving a different diagnosis to that of a main dealer. Why not give us call? We could save you money!

If you decide you are happy for us to carry out the repair, we can deduct the diagnosis fee from the resulting repair bill.

Whilst we are working on your car, you can make use of our customer lounge which includes WiFi, a spacious desk and comfy sofa. We also provide tea, coffee and cold drinks.

Alternatively, we have a courtesy car available if booked in advance (Please note the courtesy car has a manual gearbox).
