Mercedes MBUX Screen Upgrade will give any A/B/GLA/GLB/CLA class with existing MBUX touchscreen, the bigger 10.25 digital dash and also the bigger 10.25″ radio screen. All software is updated to give all of the digital dash options that would have been a factory option. This includes a replacement control module that is used to control the instrument cluster. The radio features stay exactly the same but screen size is enlarged. (The same process applies if the car already has the bigger radio screen)
Mercedes MBUX Screen Upgrade installation itself is fairly brief, but programming time is significant. Approx 3-5 hours. During this time we will transfer all mileage and service data into the new system and calibrate and align all of the car electronics to match. Any future service or repair work will NOT be affected in any way by this retrofit as we register the upgrade with Mercedes and align the vehicle spec in the process.
The quoted price includes installation, all parts required and programming with Mercedes Star Diagnostics.
Using genuine Mercedes parts, the entire installation is completed to the highest standard and when finished will be identical to the factory specification.
Compatibility
This upgrade is suitable for any A/B/CLA/GLA/GLB/EQA/EQB with MBUX touchscreen with small 7″ Instrument cluster.
This is suitable for radio screens that are currently either 7″ or 10.25″.
Whilst we are working on your car, you can make use of our customer lounge which includes WiFi, a spacious desk and comfy sofa. We also provide tea, coffee and cold drinks.
Alternatively, we have a courtesy car available if booked in advance (Please note the courtesy car has a manual gearbox).
