Retrofit of Mercedes Automatic Electric Tailgate Opening involves using all genuine Mercedes Parts to allow opening and closing of the tailgate electrically.
Switches are installed on the underside of the tailgate and into the drivers door to activate the opening and closing of the tailgate. Activation can be done by the keys if you have a 3-Button key. If you have 2 button keys these will need to be replaced by Mercedes for remote activation to work. (We are unable to supply these because of Mercedes’ security policies)
The quoted price includes installation, all parts required and programming with Mercedes Star Diagnostics.
Using genuine Mercedes parts, the entire installation is completed to the highest standard and when finished will be identical to the factory specification.

Please note: Remote activation is only applicable with 3 button keys.
NOT Suitable for A class 177
