Repair of Motorised Comand Screen from C class 204 (2007-2011)

We are able to replace Motorised Comand Screen from C class where the unit has failed.

Symptoms:

• No picture on screen whatsoever
• Very dim picture only visible in certain lighting.
• Screen has given wisp of smoke and then failed.

Remedy: We will replace your screen with one of our refurbished units. Each of our screens has had a brand new LCD panel installed as well as repaired and upgraded parts to the controlling circuit board.

Result: Once re-installed no further programming is required

Screens can be shipped to us for replacement (please pack very carefully). We will ship back to you by return.

We are happy to remove and refit the screen from/to your car at no extra cost. This however must be carried out at our workshop.

Service Exchange units are warrantied for one year

Remedy: We will send your unit to our engineers for repair. It will be fully tested and a confirmation quote sent. Once confirmed repairs will commence and once completed, fully tested again.

Result: Once re-installed no further programming is required and unit will fully function correctly.

Screens can be shipped to us for repair (please pack very carefully). We will ship back to you once repaired after approx 2 weeks.

We are happy to remove and refit the Screen from/to your car at no extra cost (takes approx 20 mins) This however must be carried out at our workshop (by appointment).

Repairs are warrantied for six months
