Replacement CD/DVD changer mechanism for Comand NTG2.5 from CLS class 219 (2009-2010)

If deposit option chosen, balance payment will be required at time of job completion.

We are able to replace CD/DVD Changer mechanism where the unit has failed.

Symptoms:

  • Unable to play discs of any format
  • Noisy start up of unit
  • Very slow start up of unit causing unit to be non-responsive for a few minutes.
  • Message ‘Changer unavailable’

Remedy: We will install a complete new CD/DVD changer mechanism.

Result: Once re-installed no further programming is required

Comand units can be shipped to us for repair/replacement (please pack very carefully). We will ship back to you within 2-3 days (stock permitting).

We are happy to remove and refit the Comand unit from/to your car at no extra cost. This however must be carried out at our workshop.

New parts are warrantied for one year.

 

 

Units for repair can either be mailed directly to us or vehicles can be brought to our workshop for removal.

We can ship the repaired unit back by courier or install for you at our workshop.
