We are able to replace the Harman Kardon Amplifier from S class where the unit has failed.

Symptoms:

  • No Sound
  • No communication with diagnostics
  • Radio shows no stations in display but navigation displays normally
  • CD Players displays as if working but no sound

Remedy: We will replace your Amplifier with a new Mercedes part

Result: Once re-installed no further programming is required

Amplifiers can be shipped to us for replacement (please pack very carefully). We will ship back a replacement one.

We are happy to remove and refit the amplifier from/to your car at no extra cost. This however must be carried out at our workshop.

Replacements are new Mercedes parts but we do require your failed amplifier for return. Parts are warrantied for two years.

In your ‘Sound’ menu (bottom right of screen), if you have Logic 7 as an option, then you have Harman Kardon and this amplifier will be present. 

Whilst we are working on your car, you can make use of our customer lounge which includes WiFi, a spacious desk and comfy sofa. We also provide tea, coffee and cold drinks.

Alternatively, we have a courtesy car available if booked in advance (Please note the courtesy car has a manual gearbox).

Approximate Installation Time: 15-20 minutes
