Ambient Lighting for Mercedes will create a warm glow within the cockpit of your car.

The standard kit will add light tubes into the door handles trims to flood light into the pockets. We will illuminate the footwells above your feet too. On some cars we can add the required parts to illuminate the bottom edge of the front dash trim. This only works on cars where there is a seam/edge to work with. (Usually CLA & B class)
We use all after-market parts that look and perform perfectly. We can supply the kit for self-installation but this is a considerable task. Full instructions are included but it is a very involved job and requires coding (No coding for NTG4.5).
The settings in the dashboard will get extra menus to control the system in the same way as factory fitted. The standard system offers 12 colours adjustable with the radio menus. On cars before 2015 (with NTG4.5) then the menus are not available within the car and a small push button is very discreetly mounted below the radio. This is used for changing the colours of the system.
Ambient Lighting for Mercedes will illuminate the following:
- All interior door handle trims
- Lower edge of dashboard panel (CLA, B and some others)
- Front Footwells
- All front face vents (Optional)
The optional turbo vents will introduce the latest style of vents with illumination within. These colour-match the rest of the ambient light system.
The quoted price includes installation, all parts required and programming with Mercedes Star Diagnostics.
Compatibility
The following cars are compatible with this Product:
A class – 176. 2013 to 2018
B class – 246. 2012 to 2018
CLA Class – 117. 2013 to 2019
GLA Class – 156. 2014 to 2020
Cars built before 2015 will have NTG4.5 so colour change control is done by a small push button, discreetly mounted below radio.
Cars built after 2015 will have NTG5.1 and will have a 12 colour option introduced into the vehicle setting menus controlled through the radio system.

Whilst we are working on your car, you can make use of our customer lounge which includes WiFi, a spacious desk and comfy sofa. We also provide tea, coffee and cold drinks.
Alternatively, we have a courtesy car available if booked in advance (Please note the courtesy car has a manual gearbox).
