We replace your Audio 20 unit with the COMAND-Online NTG 4.5 system including a larger, higher resolution 7-inch display and a built-in 6 disc DVD changer.

This upgrade provides satellite navigation throughout Europe with a 3D map display.

COMAND Online offers internet access via a mobile phone connection while stationary, as well as free use of Mercedes-Benz services such as weather, POI search and route download via Google™ whilst driving.

The unit has a built-in hard drive for storing the satellite navigation maps and up to 10gb of music. An SD card slot on the front allows for the playback and transfer of music.

We also enable the display within the instrument cluster to show the Navigation page, which provides additional visual aids for navigating.

COMAND Online services are only available once a mobile phone is connected to the car via Bluetooth®. An internet-enabled mobile phone is required for Emergency Call System (eCall), Mercedes-Benz apps and in-car Internet access for Facebook, Internet radio, sending routes from Google™ maps to the vehicle, news and weather reports.

Please see www.mercedes-benz.com/connect for a list of compatible phones and functionality. Before attempting to connect to COMAND Online we would advise you that you contact your mobile phone service provider to confirm your mobile phone profile and data charges for tethered internet access.

The quoted price includes installation, all parts required and on-line programming with Mercedes Star Diagnostics.

Installation can be completed at our workshop or at your home/place of work if local. We can travel further for installation, if required, for a reasonable cost.

Whilst we are working on your car, you can make use of our customer lounge which includes WiFi, a spacious desk and comfy sofa. We also provide tea, coffee and cold drinks.

Alternatively, we have a courtesy car available if booked in advance (Please note the courtesy car has a manual gearbox).
