We can retrofit the Mercedes Remote Boot Closing for S class using original Mercedes parts. Most S class models have the ability to open the boot by remote electrically. But, not all have the ability to close it electrically. We will install the relevant motor assembly with a red button on the boot lid to activate the closing action. We also change the switch in the driver’s door for a dual action switch that will open, and close, the boot lid. Visibly you will see no difference except for the extra switches.

Using genuine Mercedes parts, the entire installation is completed to the highest standard and when finished will be identical to the factory specification.

The quoted price includes installation, all parts required and programming with Mercedes Star Diagnostics.

Compatibility

Cars with remote boot release and switch in drivers door qualify for the retrofit at this price.

If the car has no remote boot release then keys will need to be changed and switch installed. Please Call for quotation

Whilst we are working on your car, you can make use of our customer lounge which includes WiFi, a spacious desk and comfy sofa. We also provide tea, coffee and cold drinks.

Alternatively, we have a courtesy car available if booked in advance (Please note the courtesy car has a manual gearbox).
