Ambient Lighting for Mercedes CLS will create a warm glow within the cockpit of your car.

The standard kit will illuminate the existing light tubes in the doors and the door handles. Â We will illuminate the footwells above your feet too. We will also illuminate the bottom edge of the front dash trim using the existing tubes. Care is needed to check that these tubes exist. Most CLS models are present, E class depends on trim levels. There should be a clear ‘tube’ on the underside of the long trim at the top off the door that has the door release handle within.
We use all after-market parts that look and perform perfectly. We can supply the kit for self-installation but this is a considerable task. Full instructions are included but it is a very involved job and requires coding
Cars from 2015 with NTG5.1 will get extra menus introduced into the radio to control the system in the same way as factory fitted. The standard system offers 12 colours adjustable with the vehicle settings menus. On cars before 2015 (with NTG4.5) then the menus are available within the dashboard menus, adjustable with the steering wheel controls. The menus offer control of 3 colours only but by continually changing these colours the car will scroll through its spectrum of 12 colours.

Ambient Lighting for Mercedes CLS and E will illuminate the following:

The quoted price includes VAT, installation, all parts required and programming with Mercedes Star Diagnostics.
Compatibility
The following cars are compatible with this Product:
E class – 212. 2012 to 2014 With NTG4.5
E class – 212. 2015 to 2016 With NTG5.1
CLS Class – 218. 2012 to 2015 With NTG4.5
CLS Class – 218. 2016 to 2019 With NTG5.1
Cars built before 2015 will have NTG4.5 so colour change control is controlled by menus in the dashboard and steering wheel controls.
Cars built after 2015 will have NTG5.1 and will have a 12 colour option introduced into the vehicle setting menus controlled through the radio system.

Alternatively, we have a courtesy car available if booked in advance (Please note the courtesy car has a manual gearbox).
